No return possible: The customized steering wheels for Tesla are custom made in our partner factory. All the choices of materials and colors are customizable by the customer. However, according to the article L. 221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in case of distance selling cannot be exercised for the "supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized". That is to say that a personalized product cannot be taken back by our after-sales service.

Approval of the product: Insofar as the product is a modified product, we cannot be held responsible in the event that the product is not approved in your country, by purchasing this modified product, you accept all the consequences and for this reason, the approval is not a reason for return, cancellation or refund.
