    Description:

    CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, these inserts are over 30% lighter than OEM arms, with each arm weighing less than 4lbs. They feature a shim adjustment system for precise, repeatable adjustment, making it possible to add or subtract up to 3° of camber in less than a minute without removing the wheels. Sealed spherical bearings ensure extended vehicle life, eliminating rubber bushes for a true connection to the road without noise or wear, unlike common aftermarket arms that use spherical rod ends.

    After completing all the front suspension components on Model 3 and Model Y, the next logical step was to focus on the compression rod bushing. We developed a unique and comprehensive product to solve many of the problems with compression rod bushes. These inserts have been tested for several months on different vehicles, and the results are very promising. They fill the remaining gaps and provide a confidence-inspiring front end.

    For those of you who drive your car on a daily basis and enjoy a quiet, smooth ride, but wish to eliminate that unpredictability under heavy braking on the track or during aggressive mountain driving, these inserts are invaluable.

    The inserts are designed in the most ideal shape possible, CNC machined using a 5-axis to achieve the exact shape. As with most MPP parts, they are anodized blue. The design is perhaps a little too obsessive, requiring a lot of machining time with a very small milling cutter. In future, we may redesign the part to reduce excessive machining time and cut costs. However, given the performance benefit these small inserts offer, the value is quite high - especially considering the ease of installation compared to a pressed ring replacement.
