The Tesla Cyberquad for Kids Hits Europe
The Tesla Cyberquad for Kids was just announced by Tesla in Europe. This four-wheel, electric-powered adventure is more than a toy; it’s an adventure. The electric vehicle giant Tesla, has added a new gem to its merchandise collection. This wonderful toy has been introduced to Europe by the manufacturer after being released in China earlier this year. You can find it in the Tesla online store, creating quite a buzz. This move follows a recall and ban of the product in the United States last October.
Taking a Step Back in Time
Tesla initially launched the Cyberquad for Kids in the United States in 2021, selling out in less than 24 hours. The excitement was real! It was even showcased alongside the Cybertruck launch. Elon Musk, Tesla’s CEO, hinted that a full-size version might be manufactured at Gigafactory Texas.
Tesla Cyberquad Features
The Cyberquad for Kids comes with a price tag of 1,990 euros (around $2,101). It’s designed for children aged 8 to 12 years. With a 24-volt, 188Wh lithium-ion battery, this mini-ATV can zoom up to 13 kilometers per hour (8 mph). You won’t have to worry about constant recharging, as it offers a range of up to 19 kilometers (11.8 miles) on a single charge. Plus, it has two different speed settings to ensure your child’s safety, and it can handle a weight of up to 68 kilograms (~150 pounds).
Renewed Possibilities
However, things took a turn when the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recalled the toy, citing safety concerns. The CPSC said it didn’t meet federal safety standards for youth ATVs, specifically regarding mechanical suspension and tire pressure. The recall was prompted by an incident where an adult got injured while using the Cyberquad for Kids.
Tesla seems unaffected. A full-sized version of the Cyberquad ATV may be released in the future, according to a new trademark application they submitted earlier this year. Musk had previously expressed the idea of offering the electric ATV as an add-on for the Cybertruck, though the specifics remain uncertain.
An Exciting Design of Tesla Cyberquad
The Cyberquad for Kids is not just about power and performance; it also boasts an impressive design. Its sleek red frame and white plastic body resemble a mini Tesla vehicle. The iconic “Tesla” logo in blue on the battery and seat adds a cool touch. Inside, the lithium-ion battery technology ensures that your kids can have loads of fun without any concerns about emissions or noise.
Great for Developing Skills
The Cyberquad for Kids allows kids to develop their motor abilities, balance, and coordination in addition to being a fun ride. A child can learn balancing and pedaling on something similar to an entertaining exercise machine. It’s a blast and a terrific way to increase strength and agility.
The Tesla Cyberquad for Kids has arrived in Europe and is quickly becoming a hit for younger riders. This mini-ATV is a terrific present for any child eager to enjoy the outdoors with a dash of Tesla magic. It has a beautiful appearance, safety features, and the promise of potential future models. With the Cyberquad for Kids, you can immediately give your child the gift of exploration and skill growth.
